Refund policy

The Baroque Lagos Return & Refund Policy 1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns • Jewelry can be returned within 2 days of purchase (from delivery or pick-up date) within Lagos and 5 days outside Lagos provided the return shipment was initiated within 24hrs of initial delivery. • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact. • Custom-made or altered jewelry (e.g., resized rings, personalized engravings) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. ⸻ 2.⁠ ⁠Conditions for Refunds • Refunds are only processed if: • The wrong item was delivered. • The item arrived damaged or defective (quality issue confirmed by inspection). • Payment was made but the order was not fulfilled. • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method or issued as store credit (depending on customer preference). ⸻ 3.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy • Customers may request an exchange for another item of equal or higher value within 3-5 days. • If the new item is higher in value, the customer pays the balance. • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. ⸻ 4.⁠ ⁠Non-Refundable Situations • Normal wear and tear or damage caused by customer mishandling. • Returns initiated after the 3-5 day window. • Clearance or discounted “final sale” items. ⸻ 6.⁠ ⁠How to Initiate a Return • Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or email at thebaroquelagos@gmail.com within 3-5 days of purchase. • Provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or payment evidence). • Arrange a drop-off at our Lagos store or schedule a courier pick-up (customer bears delivery fees except in the case of defective items).
